We will check references for you to ensure you are getting a honest, reputable caretaker.

When we arrange for a Live In Caretaker, we provide the added service of monitoring and supporting his or her employment. Our monitoring service is basically functioning as a direct supervisor in your absence. We will stop by your property on a regular basis to check the general condition of the property. In the instance that caretaker is not performing to our standards, we will inform you and begin the replacement process.

If the situation arises that the caretaker leaves without notice or must be dismissed on short notice, we will provide interim coverage to ensure your property is properly cared for.
