The Webster's definition of Concierge is "a person who assists in handling baggage and makes reservations for guests". We think it can and should be more. Our definition is a "local" who knows his/her way around town. Services include assisting you in all the various aspects of making your trip plans. That might include restaurant and tour reservations. Some of the typical questions include: Where can I purchase Elk meat? What's the best way to go skiing at Grand Targhee? Who has the best pizza in town? What are the options for snowmobile tours and which company should I use? The list is, of course endless. We have our personal preferences on many of the local activities. But, for those where we lack experience, we'll make a few calls and come back with qualified suggestions. The majority of our concierge services are complimentary. If an activity requires a down payment or the service is billable, we will let you know and make appropriate arrangements.
