Generally, your house will always be available for a unplanned visit. There are certain instances when a one or two week advanced notice of your arrival would be in order. Specifically, if you would like us to pick you up at the airport, you'd like us to do grocery shopping for you at least a week notice would be appreciated.

If your house has been winterized and you'd like to have everything up and running again, a two week notice would be better to allow scheduling of personnel.

In any case, you can contact us by phone, email or fax. You can download this arrival document and either fax or email it to us. If you are going to need your pantry stocked, please download this form, fill it out and and fax or email to us.

Remember, we will always confirm the receipt of information. So, if you don't hear from us, we may not have received what you sent.
